Teresa Ling holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western New England University in Massachusetts (MA), United States. She is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than 10 years of extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Malaysia as well as in the United States.
Teresa embarked on her professional journey in 2010 as a behavior therapist for children with autism between the ages of 2 and 6. In 2015, she transitioned to a new role as a graduate assistant and Level 2 teacher for children with autism at The New England Center for Children (NECC) in Massachusetts (MA), USA. During her tenure at NECC, Teresa successfully implemented various curricula and behavior plans in close collaboration with behavior specialists. She administered comprehensive assessments and adjusted interventions and programming to meet the individual needs of her students. Additionally, Teresa contributed to writing the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) for her students, ensuring personalized and effective educational strategies. She was awarded “The Myrna E. Libby Scholar Award 2017: Research guides the education and treatment of individuals with autism and so improves their lives”.
Teresa has had the privilege of participating in numerous research studies under the guidance of her esteemed mentor, Chata Dickson (BCBA-D), which further enriched her knowledge and skills. She has also presented research findings at reputable conference including the 37th Annual Conference of Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT) in Amherst, MA in 2016, and the 45th Annual Convention of Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) in Chicago, Illinois in 2019.
With a diverse range of experience spanning from early intervention to academic skills development and job coaching in community settings, Teresa has acquired extensive expertise in working with individuals with ASD across various age groups, ranging from 2 to 24 years old. Currently, she provides individualized one-on-one ABA services, parent training, and clinical consultations for children with ASD and related disorders.
Carmen Kong

Carmen Kong is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western New England University in Massachusetts (MA), United States. She started working with the neurodiverse population in Malaysia from 2013-2016, conducting early intervention 1-1 sessions with clients aged 3-9.
Here, she focused mainly on pre-learning skills, communication skills, toilet training, small group teaching, self-help skills, case management and staff training. She was then recruited as a graduate assistant/level 2 teacher with the New England Center For Children (NECC) in Massachusetts while completing her masters studies in the field. In the 4 years at NECC, she worked with residential clients aged 9-15 with severe injurious and aggressive behaviors in a 1-1 to 1-3 grouped setting. At NECC, she focused mainly on leading and training staff on clinical projects to help clients with injurious behavior reduction, increasing communication skills, self-help skills, vocational skills, and social skills. Coming back to Malaysia, Carmen aims to expand ABA services, skills and knowledge to increase ethical and quality services for our neurodiverse learners as well advocate for stronger and better neurodiverse rights that are severely lacking here in Malaysia.
Sujeetra Sundreasan

Sujeetra is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with eight years of experience in the field. Sujeetra holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Universiti Sains Malaysia, and currently specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her dedication is to providing exceptional services to individuals with special needs.
Sujeetra has successfully led the special needs unit in an international school setting, focusing on enhancing social skills, motor skills, verbal and language skills, and daily living skills. Through evidence-based practices, she empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
In addition to her clinical work, Sujeetra actively engages in spreading awareness about learning disabilities. She participates in talks and workshops targeting schools and healthcare settings to promote understanding and support for individuals with diverse learning needs.
Sujeetra’s passion lies in continuous growth in the field of ABA, particularly in leading and training junior therapists. She is committed to staying updated with the latest advancements to provide the highest quality care. With professionalism, empathy, and evidence-based interventions, Sujeetra is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of her clients.
