Thurga Ravindran is a Behaviour Analyst at The ABA Project with over five years of experience working with children and adolescents with diverse developmental and behavioural needs. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language delays, ranging in age from 2 to 16 years old. Her experience has enabled her to work across a variety of skill areas, including communication, social skills, adaptive living skills, and behaviour management. She is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential through the use of evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) practices. She believes that every individual possesses unique strengths and is committed to developing personalised intervention programmes that build upon those strengths while addressing their specific needs. One of her core beliefs is that everyone has the ability to learn; the role of professionals is to identify the teaching methods, supports, and pace that best suit each individual learner. What Thurga finds most rewarding about her work is celebrating both the small and significant milestones achieved by the individuals and families she supports. Her goal is to provide compassionate, client-centred services that empower individuals to develop meaningful skills, build confidence, and achieve long-term success and independence.
